Change your password:
To change your password on MyMahotsav if you’re already logged in:
- Visit theĀ profile drop-down menuĀ on the home screen below your profile photo.
- SelectĀ Account Settings, then clickĀ Login Information.
- Add yourĀ new password.
- ClickĀ Save changes.Ā
Reset your password:
(You will need access to the email associated with your account)
To reset your password if you’re not logged in to MyMahotsav:
- Visit theĀ login page.
- SelectĀ Forgot password.
- Enter yourĀ email addressĀ and selectĀ request reset link.
- Navigate to your emails and select the contained link.
- You will be taken to a page to reset your password.
- You will also have an option toĀ generate a secure password.
- Once you have selected your secure password, clickĀ Save.
- Visit the login pageĀ and enter your new password toĀ gain accessĀ to your account again.
